The prize awarded to the randomly selected winner will be an iPad® (internet service NOT included). Winner accepting the prize agrees that the prize is awarded on the condition that Nikeda Maxie, StopLightGO, CForth, its employees, board of directors, and affiliates will have no liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Winner may ask for substitution of prize for the cash value equal or up to $500 USD.

• No purchase, sponsorship, enrollment is necessary to win. • The contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the U.S. at the time of entry.

• Currently enrolled CForth / StopLightGO digital business owners in any other organization are not eligible. • CForth / StopLightGO employees, directors, and immediate family members within the households of CForth / StopLightGO employees and directors are not eligible. • The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. • The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• In order to enter you must watch the complete presentation (Official Overview and Why You Should Join) on the distributor's website and complete the form present at the time with accurate information.  • To ensure you watched the video, we may contact you to verify you watched the video.

• Time period for entries should be from July 1st, 2025 - November 30th, 2025.  • Watching the video and completing the form on the website will be considered acceptance of the disclosure and rules for giveaway.

• After submitting the entry, if we attempt to contact you, and you're not available for confirmation of entry, you may be removed from the drawing.

• If we successfully make contact with you as a participant and realize that you have used inaccurate or false information on the survey form, you will be removed as an (entry) participant in the drawing. • We'll send you an email confirming your entry in the drawing (pending all the information is determined to be accurate).

• One primary winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to win. • Drawing will be conducted on or about November 30, 2025. • Winner will be notified by December 6th, 2025 via email and/or phone (given at time of entry unless request for new contact information is given). • Winner must respond no later than December 20, 2025 to claim prize. • Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and there may be a selection of an alternate winner. • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs by us for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation or further consideration, except where prohibited by law.
